For the greater good
From the poorest district to an elite private institution, all schools are part of a community. As a leader, it is important to cultivate relationships with all stakeholders that your institution serves and beyond. Service to your community not only allows your institution to operate better, but creates connections with other leaders that will help you achieve your vision. Having a robust partnership with my broader community helps bring a greater purpose to my work.
