Every leader has their own vision on what the culture and climate of their institution should be. My vision of culture and climate centers around increasing the happiness of both the staff and students and helping each achieve a sense of purpose and community. If I can create a positive environment where everyone strives to do and be their best selves, I will be able to attract high quality teachers, retain the best staff, and help my students achieve their learning objectives.
